Blair Kennard is the executive director of marketing and technology at Allegis Group’s Aerotek, the largest engineering staffing firm in the world, according to SIA research. She is responsible for brand management, advertising, digital strategy, sales and recruiting technology solutions for three global brands: Aerotek, Aston Carter, and EASi. For Kennard, striking a balance between digital engagement and human touch while working with talent and recruiters is essential, and identifying what job seekers are looking for and providing them with the tools to be successful are some of her proudest accomplishments. This year, Kennard launched a mobile app and spearheaded the successful launch of an integrated ATS/CRM system to over 9,000 internal users across North America.
