CEO Anju Abel is driving growth strategy across LanceSoft operations in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia; this year, she also opened offices in Colombia, Israel, Turkey and Africa. She aims to bring LanceSoft to the billion-dollar table. A proponent of DE&I, Abel founded Tadah, an inclusive platform that provides a database of curated candidates that tracks diversity, inclusive hiring and upskilling. In 2023, Abel hosted round tables at SIA’s CWS Summit in London and spoke at the B20/G20 in Delhi. She also made an impact by helping raise $30,000 for scholarships for underserved high school seniors at CWS Dallas.
