Amy Van Sicklin, who just celebrated her 20th anniversary with Beacon Hill Staffing Group, is responsible for 667 new hires and 219 promotions in the last year, maintaining 100% experienced leadership retention as the company eclipsed $1.1 billion in revenue. She also facilitated DEIB training that was delivered to all company leaders and expanded and enhanced a companywide mentor program. Van Sicklin also serves as Beacon Hill’s DEIB taskforce executive sponsor and is an advisory board member to the founder of Splashes of Hope, a non-profit founded in 1996 dedicated to transforming spaces, enriching environments and facilitating healing through art.
