Adele Alvarez is responsible for more than $2 billion in spend across MSP, RPO, direct sourcing and procurement offerings at Allegis Group. So far in 2023, she has extended contracts with two of the organization’s largest clients and launched a cutting-edge RPO solution in the education sector. Alvarez’s favorite part of her role is witnessing and contributing to the development of her team; this year, she is proud to have promoted and progressed 30% of her team — over half of whom are from underrepresented groups. She is a founding member of AGS’ Diversity & Advocacy Group, Women’s Leadership Council and the All4 Diversity Initiative.
