Advanced Group COO Kerry Barrett oversees its Advanced Resources and Wunderland businesses and manages the enterprise IT and marketing functions. Advanced Group is a Chicago-based staffing firm providing services across professional disciplines; it ranks among the largest staffing firms in the US. Barrett recently launched an initiative called Consultant Journey to evolve Advanced Group’s talent organization and mindset around flexible work as a long-term career choice. She serves on the advisory council of Astrella, a cloud-based platform for management of private company shareholder stock plan data, and also on the advisory council for Girls Leading Girls, a mission-based, girls’ youth soccer program developing tomorrow’s women leaders.
