Cynthia J. Pasky is founder and CEO of Strategic Staffing Solutions, a Detroit-based staffing provider that ranks among the largest staffing firms in the US. The company’s pillars remain the same as when it was founded 30 years ago: create jobs and provide people with the opportunity to succeed and change their station in life, and make charitable work a core part of its business. Pasky is an active member of many charitable boards in Detroit and Lithuania. She is also co-chair of Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan’s Workforce Development Board and chair of Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s Workforce Development Board.
