Jennifer Boulding, CEO of Programmed Health Professionals, began her career with the Shell Graduate Program. She joined the SKILLED Group in 2011 as a general manager and went on to hold a number of executive roles in sales management, product management, marketing and business development in chemical distribution and manufacturing businesses servicing Australia and Asia over a 15-year career with Orica Ltd. She was appointed CEO of Programmed Health Professionals following the acquisition of SKILLED Group in October 2015. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Melbourne and an MBA in marketing from RMIT University. In 2017, the Programmed Maintenance Services Group agreed to a takeover offer from Japanese staffing firm Persol.
