As the group head of equity, diversity and inclusion for Hays, Yvonne Smyth leads Hays in advocating and nurturing diverse workforces and inclusive workplace cultures worldwide. The 26-year industry veteran recently has created and curated resources designed to inform, support and enable customers to progress their DE&I commitments and navigate their careers. She also is the chair of Hays Leading Women, a fast-growing and highly regarded membership group for experienced professional women from across the world of work.
