Since founding InGenesis in 1998, CEO Veronica Edwards has guided the firm to the top spot on last year’s list of fastest-growing US staffing firms by Staffing Industry Analysts. The Texas-based firm began in the healthcare industry, but now serves a variety of sectors. Edwards was named to SIA’s Staffing 100 list in 2014 and 2011, she was named the US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s Businesswoman of the Year. Inc. magazine listed her as one of the top 10 female entrepreneurs. She serves as vice chair for the United Nations Pan American Health Organization Foundation, is on the Texas State University System Board of Regents, and is secretary for the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
