Traci Fiatte is US group president of Randstad Staffing and Strategic Accounts and has recently been appointed to lead Randstad’s Life Sciences group. Until 2009, Randstad Staffing gauged business unit success on weekly fill rates. However, under Fiatte’s direction, the teams began to analyze clients’ VMS/MSP data, which revealed exactly how many orders were not filled — a metric that became one of the group’s standard success measurements. To address the potential of unfilled positions, Fiatte oversaw the creation of regional and local staffing delivery centers, which have provided jobs to more than 200,000 people and given clients scalable talent solutions that are immediately responsive to market conditions.
