As CEO of Randstad’s Professional and Commercial Staffing business, Traci Fiatte leads a number of Randstad US business lines that collectively represent about 50% of the Randstad US portfolio and include 2,000 internal associates across 600 locations and several business operations. Fiatte has also worked to launch several digital IT platforms, video interviewing and incorporated AI into many routine tasks. In addition, Fiatte is a member of “Women in Randstad Empowering Development,” an employee resource group to promote professional growth and provide mentor opportunities to women at Randstad, as well as a board member of the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
