Tina Ling, managing director of France & Benelux for Hays plc, has been a driving force behind Hays’ EMEA growth over the past 20 years, expanding the French business from six people in 2001 to more than 800 people today. With her expertise, Ling successfully steered the FraBeneLux business through the global pandemic, and in September 2021, she and her team launched the new sub-brand Hays Technology across France and Luxembourg. She began working for Hays as consultant in the UK in 1988 and took a number of senior roles within the UK before launching Hays France in 2001.
