As “head Wavemaker,” she and her team influence the independent workforce transformation. Before joining TalentWave, she was group president at Randstad Sourceright and drove the company to become one of the largest global MSP providers. As the contingent workforce outsourcing global practice leader for KellyOCG, Creech helped pioneer the evolution of single-country MSP into a global solution. Currently, she serves on Avionté Software’s board of directors. Creech joined the SIA Staffing 100 Hall of Fame in 2017.
