Teresa Creech is CEO of TalentWave, where her strategic thinking and leadership have driven the successful establishment of the firm in the independent workforce engagement solutions space. Recently, she helped launch TalentWave’s community platform TalentBridge, cloud-based workforce management system space. This journey started in 2015 when she became CEO of ICon Professional Services. Later that year, the company and Synergy Services merged in a deal that gave the combined firm — TalentWave — spend under management of $400 million. Prior to Icon, she was president, MSP and CW Solutions, for Randstad Sourceright US and before that she worked as VP, global practice lead, KellyOCG of Kelly Services.
