Teresa Creech has spent her career optimizing the intersection of flexible talent and demand. In 2015, Creech became CEO at ICon Professional Services, a provider of payrolling and independent contractor compliance, which merged in October 2015 with competitor Synergy Services to become TalentWave. The combined firms boast spend under management of $400 million. Creech leads the firm in executing a strategy to transform the world of independent work. Previously, she was group president for Randstad Sourceright. Creech also served as the contingent workforce outsourcing global practice leader at KellyOCG. She has also appeared on the Staffing 100 list since its inception.
