As an executive VP for Kelly Services Inc., the fourth-largest staffing firm in the US, Teresa Carroll helped develop some of the company’s best-performing products and solutions, resulting in double-digit growth for her divisions. Carroll helped pioneer the development of the integrated Talent Supply Chain Management model — an approach that has become a cornerstone of many global organizations’ workforce strategies. She was promoted in 2017 to oversee marketing and human resources corporate functions for the entire company, adding to her prior responsibilities of managing the Global Talent Solutions team, where she continually drives customers, organizations and audiences around the world to think about talent in new ways.
