Since then, Owen has spearheaded PeopleReady’s “digital transformation” in the on-demand staffing arena, leveraging the company’s cutting-edge JobStack platform, which connects employers with job seekers 24/7 and has won a 2020 top Mobile Site and App Award at the American Business Awards. Owen was announced as the 2019 Multiplier of the Year for the US SMB category in January and has also received a Gold Stevie Award for Female Executive of the Year and a Gold American Business Award for Executive of the Year.
