As president of PeopleScout, a TrueBlue company, Taryn Owen oversees solution, technology and global growth strategy supporting the company’s vision to lead innovation in talent solutions. Owen led the launch of PeopleScout’s talent technology Affinix in 2017 as well as five successful acquisitions and integrations in five years, including Aon Hewitt’s RPO division. Most recently, she led the acquisition of UK employer branding and recruitment marketing provider TMP Holdings LTD, broadening the company’s global footprint and creating a more powerful talent advisory offering. Owen has won numerous industry and leadership awards, including a Gold American Business Award for Executive of the Year.
