Tara Burns is chief operating officer of Peoplelink Group, the 45th-largest staffing firm in the US with 2018 revenue of $375 million. With her work-hard-play-hard philosophy, Burns has helped facilitate organizational growth, bringing together a unified and collaborative team and a deep dive into restructuring Peoplelink’s training and career development opportunities. She aims to continue to help accelerate the company’s growth organically and through acquisition, connecting it to the executive team in the process. A 25-year industry veteran, she became COO in January 2019 and had been VP of operations since 2014.
