As VP of human resources, Tanya Axenson handles all aspects of global human resources for Allegis Group Inc., while spearheading the development of the company’s human resources strategy. Prior to assuming this role in February 2015, Axenson was chief human resources officer for Aerotek Inc., an Allegis Group operating company. She oversaw all aspects of Aerotek’s human resources, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, and talent management initiatives. Her leadership philosophy focuses on the importance of inclusion, engagement and a commitment to helping individuals realize their professional and personal goals.
