Since joining Brunel in 2019, managing director Tania Sinibaldi has transformed the organization’s Australasian region into a formidable brand to be reckoned with across its key verticals: mining, oil and gas, life science, infrastructure and renewables. In response to the evolution of automation in the mining industry, she ensured her business was equipped to meet the industry’s demands. Sinibaldi’s focus on diversification, simplification and efficiency, along with her “humanocracy” approach to Brunel’s culture, have helped to successfully restructure delivery models, expand product suites and break old records.
