Having originally joined Randstad in 1994, Tania De Decker, SVP of Randstad global client solutions, brings to this core leadership role more than 24 years’ experience in all facets of talent acquisition solutions and technology. With deep insights and progressive perspectives, she steers Randstad’s global clients to ensure that HR and talent leaders can play a strategic role in driving growth locally, across regions, and globally. In her current role, De Decker oversees Randstad’s global clients and provides an integrated model of talent solutions including managed services programs, payrolling and independent contractor solutions, recruitment process outsourcing, contingent services, inhouse services, professionals and specialties.
