As senior VP for Randstad’s Global Solutions EMEA, Tania De Decker works with Fortune 500 companies to develop and implement processes that improve and drive recruitment and retention solutions. She is also responsible for solution design and implementing customer strategies on a global level. De Decker has more than 23 years’ experience in the staffing industry, having originally joined Randstad in 1994 as a branch manager in Belgium. She was promoted to regional manager in 1999 and between 2003 and 2006 was senior director of international life sciences accounts before being promoted to her current role. De Decker also leads Randstad Life Sciences globally.
