Tammi Heaton became co-CEO of PrideStaff in 2020 after serving as COO since 2008. In 2021, Heaton released a remote-work white paper, providing industry insight into temporary employees’ engagement and response to remote work. She also helped launch G.A. Rogers & Associates to expand direct-hire and executive recruiting, and she contributed to PrideStaff’s Strategic Insights podcast, providing solutions to real-world staffing and recruiting challenges. With 24 years’ experience, Heaton’s drive toward innovation and gaining a competitive edge have earned PrideStaff ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing Diamond Award for Client and Talent eight years running and its inaugural Best of Staffing Award for Internal Employee Experience.
