As managing director of Dekra Arbeit Group, Suzana Bernhard oversees 755 internal employees in 21 countries and has led the company to more than €500 million in revenue. Bernhard was appointed to her current position in 2000 when the company only had a few offices and over time she has helped lead its expansion across Europe. Dekra Arbeit aims to further improve its positioning by continuously expanding in Central and South-Eastern Europe. Dekra Arbeit Group ranked sixth on the list of Largest Staffing Firms in Germany. In 2019 the company was awarded “Top Personnel Service Provider” in Germany from Focus-Spezial magazine.
