A versatile, results-driven leader with more than 19 years’ tenure with Cross Country Healthcare, executive VP, general counsel and corporate secretary Susan E. Ball became chief administrative officer in 2021, providing key input for business and strategic planning and facilitating the management of the company’s daily administrative operations. Most recently, Ball helped lead the acquisition of Workforce Solutions Group. Ball continues to be recognized and highly respected for exceptional abilities as chief legal advisor to the company’s board of directors, CEO and executive management team. Ball holds a law degree and an MBA and is a registered nurse.
