Sue Marks, CEO of Cielo, a pure-play provider of technology enabled RPO services, takes pride in the investments her organization is making to equip its employees and clients with future-facing solutions. Private equity firm Permira Funds made a majority investment in the Brookfield, Wisconsin based company in January. Marks received the Marquette University College of Business Administration’s Alumni Award for Entrepreneurship and is a three-time winner of both the Working Woman 500 designation and the Future 50 of Wisconsin. The organization’s people-focused culture can be attributed to Marks’ creativity and vision in the RPO industry.
