Suchita Dutta is the executive director of the Indian Staffing Federation. With more than 18 years of experience in public policy and strategic brand management, Dutta’s persistent efforts for policy change with regulatory authorities across ministries have facilitated growth in the business environment. In the recently announced landmark Indian labor reforms, Dutta played an instrumental role to bring the new licensing system for the contract staffing industry in joint efforts with the Ministry of Labour. She is a standing committee member at the Ministry of Statistics on economic labor matters. Femina honored Dutta as a Women World Leadership Superachiever 2018.
