Sirmara Campbell serves as chief HR officer at LaSalle Network. Having joined the company as an office assistant in 1999, Campbell was named to her current position in 2014. Driven by the passion to see others succeed, she has led a number of LaSalle’s initiatives including its transition to 100% remote working amid the Covid-19 crisis. Her efforts have resulted in the company achieving another year of organic revenue growth in 2019 and being recognized with culture-based awards, including as a 12-time honoree on the Inc. 5000 “Fastest-Growing Privately Held Companies in America” list. Campbell was also featured on Crain’s Chicago Business’ 2020 “Notable Leaders in HR” list.
