With more than two decades of staffing industry experience, McManus has led Osborne to add eight new office locations and quadruple turnover, profits and headcount. She has helped Osborne earn its Great Place to Work certification for the last five years. McManus has a deep sense of alignment with the recruitment industry and serves as a board director and chair on several boards. Additionally, she is involved in regional, national and government committees, strategic work groups and projects.
