Equiliem Chief Administration Officer Shannon Block is an industry veteran who is frequently engaged to train, coach and mentor on how to build and run successful healthcare staffing businesses. During the pandemic, she deployed over 3,000 contractors to assist in the fight against Covid-19 and coordinated a team that operated around the clock to ensure adequate staffing levels on bicoastal projects. This year, she helped lead the consolidation of the organization’s six companies into one to become Equiliem. Block is a past member of the ASA Healthcare Committee and a current member of the Women in Leadership Committee.
