With over 17 years of international recruitment experience, Shaheed has led successful, multi-functional and geographical teams in program exploration, design, implementation and performance delivery in complex matrix environments. She was also recognized as an Influential Woman in RPO by the RPO Association. As the firm’s first female managing director, Shaheed has inspired several women to acquire leadership roles within NES Fircroft.
