As a VP at Allegis Global Solutions, Sarah Wong is responsible for growing the company’s recruitment process outsourcing and managed service provider business in the APAC region. When Covid-19 first hit, Wong was one of the industry pioneers to embrace a fully flexible, virtual workforce in China and throughout Asia-Pacific. She continues to inspire teams across APAC and India, and led the APAC team to achieve its goals and client commitments in the first half of the year. During her career, Wong has delivered several high-quality, large-scale talent solutions and fronted operations of many global organizations including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and HSBC.
