Floyd was awarded Forbes’ Top 100 of the Top Women- Owned Businesses in Northern California and the San Francisco Business Times’ 100 Most Influential Women in Business in 2019. Floyd champions civic involvement as Cal Chamber of Commerce board director and co-chair of its healthcare committee, Berkeley Symphony Advisory Council member and NorCal International Women’s Forum member while mentoring small businesses across the US.
