With 18 years’ workforce industry experience and a background in mechanical engineering, Sam Smith is VP, global solutions, EMEA and strategic sales lead for Kelly Services. After an early career in the Royal Air Force, Smith joined the staffing industry and developed business and operations in the UK delivering engineering and technical staffing solutions to major capital projects and engineering organizations including Roevin, an Adecco company, and Carbon60, an Impellam Group business. Smith joined Kelly Services in 2014 and focused on growth for the staffing organization before transferring in 2015 to the Global Solutions group and her current leadership role across the region. Smith won the Women In Sales Award, European Sales Director of the year for 2017.
