A recruitment industry veteran with 17 years of experience, Rituparna Chakraborty was appointed senior VP of Indian staffing firm TeamLease Services in 2011, having joined the company in 2003 as VP. She is currently spearheading TeamLease’s Staffing business vertical as well as India’s first PPP Apprenticeship Programme — National Employability through Apprenticeship Programme. Prior to Teamlease, Chakraborty worked as a key account manager for Monster. She is also one of the founding trustees of the Indian Staffing Federation, which was founded in 2011. She was appointed VP of the executive board in 2012, and became president in 2014. Chakraborty was also named the Telstra Business Woman of the Year Asia for 2016 in Melbourne.
