The first female VP within Beacon Hill Staffing Group, Senior Regional VP Rebecca Wright leads Beacon Hill Associates in Boston and Washington DC. Since she launched the division in 2010, her region has placed more than 42,000 candidates — generating over $335 million in revenue — and is on track to surpass $75 million this year, a company record. Wright has also developed over 20 tenured managers, all of whom are on track for their best year ever in revenue and earnings. She finds joy in having a direct impact on people, watching them achieve their professional goals, and volunteering with Boston Greater Food Bank.
