Rebecca Henderson is group president, Talent Solutions Group, Randstad. The division includes recruitment process outsourcing, managed service provider, blended workforce and strategic sales solutions. Henderson was recently promoted to chairman of Randstad Sourceright at a global level. Under Henderson’s leadership, Randstad introduced a “virtual recruiting team” (VRT) model, which embraces shifting workforce trends, and today offers more than 600 recruiters the ability to pursue their career ambitions, all through a virtual work arrangement, while simultaneously providing Randstad with the ability to flexibly address clients’ evolving hiring needs. Henderson has been recognized by HRO Today as a 2014 “Superstar” for her outstanding leadership and expertise in RPO.
