Rebecca Henderson is the chairman, Global Leadership Team, and group president of Randstad Sourceright. She is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the company, with a focus on global customer engagements. With more than 20 years of talent solutions leadership experience, Henderson has demonstrated a commitment to the advancement of women in the workforce. Most recently, she established Randstad Sourceright’s “WorkFierce” mentorship program, an initiative that helps female employees share knowledge and achieve career development through mentoring and training. Henderson serves on the National University System Board of Trustees and has appeared on the Staffing 100 list for five years.
