Rebecca Cenni set out to change the employment industry when she founded Atrium Staffing at age 24. With a passion to provide a more humanistic approach, Cenni developed her trademarked “Applicant-Centric” philosophy, offering healthcare benefits and PTO to contingent workers. Today, Atrium generates about $250 million dollars in revenue annually and employs 23,000 workers. In 2018, the firm was recognized on the Inc. 5000 list and earned numerous awards, including Inavero’s Best of Staffing Talent Award and Women Presidents’ Organization’s 50 Fastest-Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies honor. Cenni also devotes time to organizations such as Girl Talk, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and Dress for Success.
