As co-founder and CEO of Artech Information Systems, Ranjini Poddar is the driving force behind the $400 million multinational juggernaut. She has led Artech — the largest woman-owned IT staffing firm in the US — through multiple phases of structured growth, overcoming many obstacles on the way. Poddar strives to make a positive difference in people’s lives; Artech engages in a long-term sustainability program through green initiatives as well as support of the community.
