Norma Gillespie, Resource Solutions’ managing director, EMEA and Americas, is responsible for the delivery of client contracts, managing and executing operational plans to support service delivery and strategy for her regional clients. Gillespie recently launched the business-wide Global Diversity Council, supporting internal and external initiatives and events on the Black Lives Matter movement and national Pride events. Under Gillespie’s leadership, client data and lean methodology have been combined in a new process at Resource Solutions to create productivity and client-specific plans, concentrating on past, current and future data to support hiring.
