Nina Vaca is chairman and CEO of Pinnacle Group, named a fastest-growing woman-owned/ led company in the US in 2015 and 2018. Vaca has led the company’s ongoing global expansion, resulting in Pinnacle Group now providing services to clients in the US, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Vietnam. In 2019, she was appointed to the Council on Foreign Relations, joined the Forbes Tech Council, and was No. 4 on ALPFA/Fortune Magazine’s 50 Most Powerful Latinas list. Vaca has also been deeply involved in the recent launch of the Progata Talent Platform, a tool helping companies match talent with opportunity.
