Nicole Burth was appointed CEO of Adecco Switzerland in September 2015. She joined Adecco Group in 2005 as head of investor relations and special projects, having worked as an equity analyst since 1997, focusing on the business service industry for a number of large investment banks. Between 2008 and 2010, Burth was part of the management team at Adecco Germany, successfully leading the post-merger integration of Tuja and DIS AG. In 2010, she was appointed CFO of Pontoon Solutions and in 2014 also assumed responsibility for Pontoon’s EMEA business.
