Nathalie Jaoui is deputy CEO, head of temporary staffing and recruitment, at Groupe Crit, one of the leading temporary employment providers in France and abroad, with revenue of €2.5 billion. She acquired her current role in 2002, led the group’s external growth strategy in the US market, and engaged it in corporate social responsibility for several years. Jaoui considers human resources to be the group’s primary asset; under her leadership, the group was featured as a Leader in Diversity this year by the Financial Times. Jaoui has also been on the board of directors of Prism’emploi, the French staffing association, since 2003.
