Namita Tirath is co-founder and chief customer officer of Pyramid Consulting Inc., the 89th-largest staffing firm in the US and 25th-largest IT staffing firm. Tirath’s passion for the industry drove the creation of Pyramid Academy, a program that develops and deploys in-demand technologists, and an R&D team within Pyramid to identify AI and AI-related technologies to help source hard-to-find talent. Tirath frequently speaks at industry and professional events. In 2019, she spoke at ProcureCon Contingent Staffing, Pontoon Solutions Supplier Summit and VMSALive, and has assembled a Fortune 500 C-suite panel for NMSDC’s conference. Tirath received the 2019 ITSMF President’s Award and Pontoon Solutions Chief Guardian Award.
