Namita Tirath is the co-founder, co-owner and chief customer officer of Atlanta-based Pyramid Consulting Inc. The company, which has appeared on SIA’s Largest US Staffing Firms and Largest US IT Staffing Firms lists, specializes in technology and professional staffing, technology solutions, and talent digitalization. Passionate about increasing diversity and inclusion in the technology space, Tirath drove the creation of Pyramid Academy, which provides IT skills development training to underrepresented minorities and women. The program has graduated more than 100 people who are helping to fill growing IT talent shortages.
