Mónica Flores Barragán, a member of ManpowerGroup’s global senior leadership team, is responsible for its business operations across 18 countries in Latin America. She is also president of the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico and passionate about building alliances with governments, associations, educational institutions and more. Flores Barragán champions the implementation of social responsibility programs in the region, focusing on employment for vulnerable groups such as women, older people and people with disabilities. She believes the key to success is being humble — because it allows people to listen and learn from others — as well as agile and ready to face the challenges and risks in this fast-changing world of work.
