With a long-standing career in recruitment, Mindy Prefling, Spencer Ogden’s senior manager – renewable energy and sustainability, is passionate about developing careers to power a sustainable future in the renewable energy industry. Under her leadership, the renewable energy division has tripled revenue since 2020. An advocate for equality within Spencer Ogden as well as the renewable energy industry, she was instrumental in developing and launching Spencer Ogden’s first podcast, the SOapbox Series, where she invites industry thought leaders to discuss talent challenges with a focus on DE&I. Prefling is an active member of WRise, or Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy.
