Michele McCauley is senior VP of human resources, overseeing the human resources functions for Apex Systems, an ASGN business unit that posted revenue of $2.0 billion in 2017. McCauley started with Apex Systems 20 years ago as an IT recruiter when the company had three branches. Apex, which was acquired by ASGN in 2012, has grown to 82 branches. McCauley is known for her innovative training solutions and for her passion for people development. She created a women’s leadership program that provides networking, mentoring and development opportunities for a select group of women at Apex each year.
